By registering to join The Talk Inn you confirm that you have read and accept the following Terms and Conditions. The Talk Inn is free to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the most up to date version can be viewed at any time on the site.
Confidentiality

STRAT7 Researchbods ensures that the personal details you provide on the registration survey (such as your first name, last name and email address) are held in a secure database that cannot be accessed by anyone not directly involved in managing The Talk Inn.
Any information you provide, either on the registration survey or in subsequent tasks is confidential and will not be sent on to any third parties, except in rare cases where you have given your consent to the contrary or where necessary for the analysis of results at an aggregate level.
You will not be sold or marketed to in any way by STRAT7 Researchbods, or any other party as a result of information you provide during the time you participate on The Talk Inn except in cases where you give specific consent to the contrary.

Your participation on all tasks is voluntary and as such you may end your participation at any time.
You can unsubscribe from The Talk Inn at any time by visiting the site at thetalkinn.com and following the instructions on your profile.
As a member of The Talk Inn, you may request help from STRAT7 Researchbods with technical or research related queries. STRAT7 Researchbods will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help. STRAT7 Researchbods will not ask third parties to reply to you on their behalf.
The Talk Inn General Competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is STRAT7 Researchbods, a division of STRAT7 Limited, a company registered in England under company number 07642707 with a registered office at 11 Soho Street, London, W1D 3AD, United Kingdom.
To enter a prize draw, entrants must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, including without limitation those as specified in the Specific Terms. Please note that entrants may be automatically entered into a prize draw when they complete any of the eligible research tasks (eg. surveys, polls or discussion rooms) the Promoter invites them to participate in, if so indicated in the Specific Terms posted on the site or otherwise communicated by the Promoter (eg. as part of the invitation to participate in the research task)
Prize draws are restricted to over 18s only.
The prize for each prize draw is as specified in the Specific Terms posted on the site or otherwise communicated by the Promoter (eg. as part of an invitation to participate in a research task). Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms, each entrant is limited to winning one prize per prize draw. Each prize is subject to availability and to winner confirmation, i.e. the Promoter has managed to contact the winner and confirm eligibility
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on a date specified in the invitation to take part.
The winner will be notified by email. Delivery of the prize will be within 8 weeks of the email.
There are no alternative prizes.
The name of the winners will be posted on the site.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the rules applicable to prize draws at any time. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via email at least five working days before these changes come into effect.
Conduct of members
Registered members must agree to take sole responsibility for their conduct when using The Talk Inn site and we will not tolerate:
The communication of material that is sexually explicit, immoral, dishonest, or of an illegal nature.
The transmission in any form of a programme or file which is capable of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the capabilities of the site, server, connected networks or other users' computers.
The transmission of content for commercial reasons, including any advertising or promotional materials.
Attempts to register more than one account per person.
